Second retailer to occupy former Moline Menards

A sign, confirming another retailer is on the way, was posted near the former Menards location in Moline.

Ross Dress for Less appears to be the second retailer to occupy the now-empty store.

Hobby Lobby already has a permit to locate there, bringing a second Hobby Lobby location to the Quad Cities.

A third, thusfar unnamed, storefront is planned for the site.

Ross Dress for Less is a clothing and home décor retailer whose website says they offer up to 60% off department store prices.  They have nearly 1,100 locations with Illinois stores in the Chicago and St. Louis metropolitan areas and no locations in Iowa.
