The Quad City River Bandits will present stadium improvements Wednesday to the Davenport Levee Improvement Commission.

The team wants to put in a 100 foot tall ferris wheel, a carousel, plus a zip line. Team Owner Dave Heller also wants to put in two more concourse level box seat sections.

The presentation comes just a day after the team announced that Harold Craw will be the new GM. Former GM Stefanie Brown has been moved to Executive Director of Modern Woodmen Park.

"I like working with the people in the community," Brown said of the new position. "I like working with the staff, so I think this will allow me to do more of that."

There is no word on when construction may start. Opening day for the Bandits is right around the corner. The first home game is less than two months away on Thursday April 11th.

Wednesday's Levee Improvement Commission meeting starts at 2 p.m at City Hall. Tickets for the upcoming season are already available.
