100 Calorie Packs- Put 8 almonds, 5 chocolate chips and a tablespoon of raisins in a small snack size bag.
Fruit Dip- Stir a spoonful of peanut butter, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon into a container of Greek yogurt. Serve with apples, grapes or strawberries.
Veggie Dip- Combine a handful of spinach, half of a large container of cottage cheese and a half packet of ranch dressing mix using a food processor or blender. Serve with raw vegetables.
