People dealing with chronic sinus problems don't get much relief from over-the-counter medications. They had few options; the most invasive being surgery.
But now a procedure offered in the Quad Cities might be the solution. It's called balloon sinuplasty. It uses a slim device with a small balloon filled with water to dialate the sinus. It takes about 15 minutes and the patient can stay awake the whole time. Dr. Michael Tomek explains how it helped one of his patients, Timothy Odey.
