An Iowa dental assistant fired because her boss said he was attracted to her wants the Iowa Supreme Court to revisit her case.
In December, the all-male court ruled it was not discrimination when Fort Dodge dentist James Knight fired Melissa Nelson, 32, after 10 years on the job.
They said an employer can terminate an employee if they think there's an irresistible attraction.
The ruling has since gotten national attention.
On Friday, Nelson asked the court to withdraw its ruling, which she called a significant blow to gender equality.
