Philadelphia will be installing condom dispensers in all 22 city high schools before students return from their Christmas break next month.

High school students, as young as 14, will be able to receive condoms for free in an effort to combat the spread of sexually transmitted disease among the city's teenagers.  A school spokesperson says their goal is promote safer-sex among teens. Those 22 schools have the highest rate of sexually-transmitted diseases across Philadelphia.

The condoms will be free to any students whose parents didn't opt them out of the program.
