Bill Herrington from Hyvee explains that the pork crown roast is your best bet for a budget friendly meal to serve your guests this holiday season. Hyvee sells them for 4.99 per pound. 

Herrington says he used a “Fat Boys” brand rub on the meat, then cooked it for 3 hours. His roast will serve 8-10 people. He garnished it with green kale and cranberries, then added a bread stuffing to the top.
