Police said a traffic stop Thursday night led to two people facing methamphetamine charges.

Iowa State Patrol troopers stopped a car on Highway 61 near Y48 Thursday, December 6, 2012 at about 10:15 p.m.  the trooper reportedly found evidence of meth-making materials in the car.

That’s when narcotics enforcement and tactical operations members responded, along with the Metropolitan Enforcement Group.

The discovery led to searches of other locations in Davenport and Bettendorf where, police said, more meth-making materials were found.

Police said they arrested Joseph Allen Terry, 35 and Felina Danielle Lochner, 34, both of Davenport.  Terry and Lochner are each charged with one count of manufacture of methamphetamine, a class B felony.

Lochner and Terry were each held in the Scott County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.
