Davenport man wanted for stealing purse at hospital

Police say they’re searching for a 35-year-old man accused of stealing a handbag at a Moline Hospital.

Jason Lee Tate of Davenport, Iowa is charged with one count of felony theft and four felony counts of unlawful use of a credit card. 

Police say they think Tate stole an employee’s handbag at Trinity Medical Center in Moline.  Credit cards found in the purse were later used without the owner’s permission.

Anyone with information about Jason Lee Tate is asked to contact Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities at (309) 762-9500.  You can remain anonymous and collect a cash reward if your information leads to Tate’s arrest.
