YONKERS, New York – “Consumer Reports” has released its third annual “Naughty and Nice” list.
Department stores Nordstrom and Kohls both landed on the nice list.
Nordstorm’s because it offers free shipping and free returns on orders of every size.
Kohl’s because it has a “no questions asked-no restrictions” return policy on all purchases.
Other companies’ policies could leave you with a lump of coal..
For one, Tiger Direct has a laundry list of conditions you have to meet to make a return.
And if you don’t you’ll pay a 25 percent restocking fee.
Ticketmaster, Time Warner Cable and BMW among others make CR’s “Naughty” List while Home Depot, Oxo and PNC Bank play “Nice” in Third Annual Public Education Campaign.
