The mother of one of the missing eastern Iowa cousins is being order to appear in federal court.

U.S. District Judge Linda Reade has ordered Misty Morrissey to appear in her courtroom in Cedar Rapids on Wednesday.

Morrissey will face a complaint alleging she violated the terms of her supervised release in a decade-old methamphetamine case.

The hearing will come the day after the four month anniversary of the disappearance of Lyric Cook and Elizabeth Collins.

Authorities believe the girls were abducted while riding their bikes near Meyers Lake on July 13th.
