Police said they found more victims of an Iowa City landlord charged with invasion of privacy for spying on his tenants.

Elwyn Miller, 63, was arrested October 31, 2012 after a female tenant told police she caught him spying on her through a hole in her bathroom ceiling.

Miller posted $1,000 cash bond and was released from the Johnson County Jail that same day.  He was given until November 21 to get an attorney.

Court records show an arrest warrant was issued for Miller November 5, 2012 after he was charged with an additional countyof invasion of privacy.

KCRG reported the new complaint was filed after additional victims came forward.  Miller reportedly admitted to going to peep holes to watch at least four tenants shower if he heard water running in their apartments.  He reportedly confessed to peeping at least once a week.

Miller posted $3,000 cash bond and was released from the Johnson County Jail Tuesday, November 6.   The court ordered him to have no contact with his alleged victims.
