An Iowa City, Iowa landlord was charged with invasion of privacy after he reportedly admitted to spying on his tenants.

A woman who lives in a property owned by 63-year-old Elwyn Miller reportedly called police Wednesday, October 31, 2012 when she caught him spying on her through a hole near a vent fan while she was in the shower.

When police arrived, the woman reportedly pointed out Miller to them in the parking lot. 

Police said Miller admitted to spying on the woman and on other female tenants “on multiple occasions” as they showered.

The same day he was arrested, Miller was released from the Johnson County Jail after posting bond.
