An Iowa City, Iowa landlord was charged with invasion of privacy after he reportedly admitted to spying on his tenants.

A woman who lives in a property owned by 63-year-old Elwyn Miller reportedly called police Wednesday, October 31, 2012 when she caught him spying on her through a hole near a vent fan while she was in the shower.
