Toys for Tots 2012

WQAD and Cumulus will have a day long collection day on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 28^th from 4:30A – 7P.  Stop by the studios on either side of the river and drop off your new, unwrapped toy.

Ends: Saturday, December 8, 2012

No registration on the Thanksgiving OR Friday, Nov. 23^rd.

What do people need to bring with them?

1. Picture ID (Government Issued, Driver’s License, State ID Card or Matricula)\
2. Proof of Current Home Address (Light bill, phone bill, etc.)
3. Phone number (Number where you can be reached)
4. Children’s birth certificates OR or medical card showing birthdate or Acta De Nacinmiento)

CHILDREN MUST BE 6 MONTHS – 12 YEARS OF AGE.  They must be born before 6/17/12.   NO EXCEPTIONS.  Foster Parents/Guardians must show proof of custody.
