(CNN) — Weekend rehearsals turned hazardous for “Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars” contestant Melissa Rycroft.

The 29-year-old was practicing on Sunday afternoon for Monday’s show when she sustained a head and neck injury, People magazine reports. It seems Rycroft fell while rehearsing camera blocking for the episode’s group performance.

Her rep told People that Rycroft was taken to a Los Angeles hospital via ambulance for examination, and she had her husband, Tye Strickland, and her pro dance partner, Tony Dovolani, by her side. According to E! News, Rycroft was later released.

“Everyone is taking all necessary precautions at this time,” Rycroft’s rep added.

The “All-Star” been quiet about her injury on Twitter – only reminding fans Sunday that they can catch her “guilty pleasure” tango with Dovolani on Tuesday – but her pro partner has tweeted his concern.

“Really concerned about @MelissaRycroft….. we don’t know if we are dancing tomorrow !!!!!” he posted on Sunday before adding Monday morning, “Thank you all for your prayers @MelissaRycroft ‘s health is the most important to me ! So fingers crossed that she’s OK.”
