Early Voting In Illinois Starts Monday

You can vote early in Illinois starting Monday, October 22.

On Monday, October 22nd, any voter in Illinois can cast their ballot and needs no excuse or reason, unlike the requirements for absentee voting.

In Rock Island County, early voting can be done in-person starting Monday at the following locations:  

County Clerk's Office, 1504 3rd Avenue, Rock Island, IL
8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
9:00 a.m. until 12 noon, Saturday, October 27th and November 3rd

Western Illinois University, 3300 River Drive, Moline, IL
11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Silvis City Council Chambers, 121 11th Street, Silvis, IL
10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Moline Public Library, 3210 41st Street, Moline, IL
11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Milan Municipal Building, 405 E. 1st Street, Milan, IL
10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
