Long line on “Hot Dog Lady’s last day

Joan Hill, known as Rock Island’s “Hot Dog Lady”, is lowering the umbrella over her lunch cart for the last time.

After 20 years serving hot dogs, Hill says her children helped her make the tough decision that it was time to shut down the cart. Many of her long time customers lined up to see her one last time.
