The family of the baby at the center of an area Amber Alert issued a statement after the baby was found and the mother arrested.

Sandy Hollingsworth, maternal great aunt of Mia Graci Thompson, spoke on behalf of the Meaker, Thompson and Hollingsworth families. She thanked law enforcement, first responders, the press, military friends and volunteers for their work to help find Baby Mia.
“There are truly angels around us and among us,” Hollingsworth said.
She referred to the day of Mia’s disappearance and the arrest of Baby Mia’s mother as “hellish.”
She asked for continued prayers and for privacy for the baby’s extended family.
“Again, we cannot thank you enough for all your prayers of support, and God bless you all,” Hollingsworth said. “We really do appreciate it. Thank you.”
