The Quad City Mom’s Bloggers say there’s not always time to get to the gym when you’re raising young children. But that’s no excuse to not get a work-out in at all. Here are the four best moves you can do at home, no baby sitter necessary.

1. Wall Sit; works the quadricep muscle of the legs

2. Coffee Table Dip; targets the tricep muscle on the back of the arms

3. Planks; work the abs and several other muscle groups

4. Basic and bicycle crunch; works several groups of ab muscles.
