The Rock Island Arsenal scheduled a full-scale emergency drill for Thursday morning, August 30, 2012.
People in the area may see emergency lights or hear sirens after the drill begins at 8 a.m.
Simulated emergency radio traffic might be heard on scanners as well.
The drill is designed to test the capabilities of emergency responders at the Arsenal and their off-post partners.
