More than 3,300 Henry County, Illinois MidAmerican Energy customers lost power Wednesday morning, August 15, 2012.
Just over 2,000 of those outages happened in Colona, with nearly 1,300 in other Henry County communities.
The outage was reported just after 8:30 a.m. MidAmerican Energy reported on their website that power was restored about an hour later.
There was no word on the exact cause of the outage yet.
