Larry Rafferty Sr. was a well known funeral home director, coach, and community-minded man.

He died after being pushed outside his younger son's funeral home in Moline last December. Witnesses in the two day trial said Larry Rafferty Jr. was drunk and angry, after wanting more money from his father.

It was a bench trial, the verdict decided by Judge Walter Braud.

A sentencing will be held at a later date.
