Longtime actor and former bodybuilder Lou Ferrigno spent time in the Quad Cities Monday, stopping at Davenport's Palmer College of Chiropractic to speak with students, faculty and staff members.

A native of Brooklyn, Ferrigno rose to prominence in the 1970's as a bodybuilder and eventually the star of CBS' "The Incredible Hulk." He most recently starred again as himself in the 2009 hit comedy film, "I Love You, Man."

Besides his work in TV and film, Ferrigno works as a fitness consultant and speaks with students about reaching their goals.

"[It's all about] personal power, maximizing your personal power," Ferrigno told News 8. You can do anything as long as you put your mind to it."

Ferrigno's chiropractor is a Palmer grad and helped arrange the visit.
