Hall Superintendent Mike Struna said Daniel Lule passed out on the field, and 9-1-1 was called. Struna said the medical staff was unable to revive the Hall youth.

Wednesday was the first official day of the 2012 fall sports season. The Red Devils began practice at 7 a.m. and reported back to the practice field at noon. A short time later, Lule collapsed, Struna said.
