Construction starts Monday in East Moline
Expect to see a lot of orange cones if you’re driving in East Moline.
Starting Monday, work will begin on Kennedy Drive, between 17th and 42nd Ave.
Crews will be doing street resurfacing, patching, and replacing a water main.
The road will stay open, but no parking will be allowed.
Work will last until November.
