New surveillance video has emerged of the two girls who went missing July 13th.

A short, blurry footage from the day the girls vanished shows 8 year-old Elizabeth Collins and 10 year-old Lyric Cook-Morrisey leaving Meyers Lake, riding on their bikes.

Authorities discovered the girls’ abandoned bikes on a trail near the 26-acre lake four hours after they went missing.

The FBI partially drained the lake to search for the cousins, but no trace of the girls was found.

Investigators reclassified the girls' disappearance as an abduction the same day after no clues were found in the lake.

"Since we can't find them, and they are not in the lake, we're calling it an abduction," Black Hawk County Chief Deputy Rick Abben said.

The footage came from a local auction house, when the manager found the video and turned it over the FBI.
