Sterling streets hit with gang graffiti

Police say they’re investigating multiple reports of street gang-related graffiti on at least five streets in Sterling, Illinois.

The reports of graffiti were received between July 6 and July 20, 2012.

Streets involved are West 5th Street, West 4th Street, West 9th Street, West 10th Street and Avenue L.   Police said about eight reports of graffiti were received so far.
