A group of nearly 30 elite high school students from China visited Black Hawk College in Moline, Illinois.
They’re here as part of an international environmental program focused on promoting collaboration and friendship among various cultures, called “Rivers to Bridges”.
The students visited the new Sustainable Technologies building on the Black Hawk campus. They got to see the building before students of the college were allowed inside.
The students were scheduled to visit the Lucille A. Carver Mississippi Riverside Environmental Research Station – also called LACMRERS – in Muscatine, Iowa on Monday, July 23, 2012.
