Police say they identified and will charge two young men who allegedly vandalized a custom-made cigarette ash container in front of Sam’s Take Time.

It happened at about 11:30 p.m. Monday, July 2, 2012.

Surveillance video shows two shirtless young men approach the business. One of them appears to examine the custom ash container outside the door before they both go inside.

Minutes later, surveillance video shows them exit the business one at a time.

The pair then appear to pull on the ash container several times until it overturns and shatters on the sidewalk.

The cost to replace the ash container is estimated at $750.

Jacob Daligee, 19, from Moline, Illinois was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property in the case.  Police said they identified the second suspect and charges were pending against him.
