Teen arrested for Muscatine burglaries
A 16-year-old suspect was arrested in connection with several burglaries in Muscatine, Iowa.
Police said they received a report of a burglary in progress Thursday, July 5, 2012. They set up a perimeter around the area of the 600 block of Roscoe Avenue, and eventually found a suspect near West 11th and Fuller streets.
The suspect is a 16-year-old boy.
Police said the teen had burglary tools on him when he was arrested.
The teen is charged with one count of third-degree burglary, two counts of attempted third-degree burglary and one count of possession of burglary tools.
