Boasting double the fireworks from last year, organizers of this year's "Red, White and Boom!" event didn't disappoint thousands of people from across the Midwest who turned out for the biggest show between Chicago and Denver.
This year's event, which helped to mark the 150th anniversary of the Rock Island Arsenal, also featured a slew of activities and skydivers, in addition to the nearly :30 minute long fireworks display.
