A country singer is using Moline’s i Wireless Center as the battleground to fight ticket scalpers.

Eric Church and his staff have decided to go "paperless" at the i Wireless Center ahead of his upcoming show.

The center will have paperless tickets for two seating areas, the floor, and lower bowl. The goal is to make things easier for concert goers who order online - but the challenge will be at the box office.

"The learning curve here with this is to get people to use their computers to buy their tickets because if you come and line up here you might not get the best tickets and that's something people are going to have to get used to."

Tickets for the October concert go on sale on June 29th.   The best seats will be available online.
