Pizza delivery driver robbed

A Pizza Hut delivery driver was reportedly hurt when two people robbed him as he made a delivery in Clinton, Iowa.

It happened just before 10 p.m. in the 800 block of Fourth Avenue South in Clinton.

The driver told police he was trying to deliver pizza when two people approached him from behind and hit him with a brick. 

The suspects reportedly took the pizza and used the brick to break out the rear window of the driver’s vehicle.  They then fled.

Police said the driver was treated for his injuries at a local hospital.

The suspects were still at large.
