A bride from the Quad Cities who was involved in a serious crash near Boone, Iowa is out of the hospital.

WHO-TV reports Danielle Snook was release from care Monday, June 18, 2012.

Danielle, her new husband Bill and their wedding party were on their way to their wedding reception when their limo was involved in a wreck Saturday, June 16.

Authorities say the driver of another car made an improper lane change and the Hummer limo rear ended the car.  Police said the limo didn’t have enough time to stop.

Two people in the car, Dorothy and Delbert Peter of Boone, died of injuries they sustained in the crash.  A 15-year-old family member was reportedly driving the car at the time of the crash.

Since the newlyweds didn’t get a wedding reception, Fareway and other area business are chipping in to host another one.  Both the bride and groom are Fareway employees in the Quad Cities area.

A date for the make-up reception hasn’t yet been set.
