Seventeen buildings at the Rock Island Arsenal lost power Tuesday morning, June 19, 2012.

A breaker switch caused a substation to temporarily go off-line according to a spokesman for the Arsenal.

That knocked out electricity to the buildings at about 9:45 a.m.

Repair crews found and repaired the problem.  Power was restored by about 11:15 a.m.
