Patients who are frustrated by mobility limited by knee pain could benefit from knee replacement.

It’s happening more and more to baby boomers between the ages of 50 and 65.  In fact, surgeons expect to double the number of people in that age group requiring new knees.

Weight is one cause for knee problems.  As we get heavier, we pound the knees and beat them up.

Knee replacements that used to take a week or two in the hospital are now being done in less than a day.  Many patients can take their first steps using the new knee within a day or two.

The latest technology also allows patients to rehab at home.
