The top prize in the Iowa Lottery “Bingo Times 10” instant scratch game is $250,000 and a winning ticket was sold in Davenport.
Tom Hoang of Milan, Illinois bought the ticket at Tobacco Outlet Plus, 4619 Brady Street in Davenport. He claimed his prize at lottery headquarters in Des Moines.
It was the first top prize of $250,000 to be claimed in the game. Two other top prizes have yet to be claimed according to Iowa Lottery officials.
The ten-dollar scratch game has overall odds of winning any prize of 1 in 3.37.
