(CNN) — It looks like Crystal Harris has had a change of heart once again.
The Playboy Playmate, who backed out of her impending wedding to Hugh Hefner last June, has since rekindled her romance with the 86-year-old Playboy founder.
“Yes @hughhefner and I are back together,” Harris tweeted Friday. “Yes I am his #1 girl again. Yes we are happy. Hope that clears up any confusion!”
This shouldn’t come as a surprise, Hef said on his own Twitter account, “since I have a history of remaining close to former girlfriends.”
According to the legendary “Playboy,” “It’s Mary O’Conner that brought Crystal Harris back,” he tweeted. “Crystal was miserable & said so. Mary told Crystal to write & tell me, which she did.”
It’s the latest turn in the couple’s closely watched relationship, which has already seen its battles over the engagement ring and their dog.
If they had tied the knot last summer, it would’ve been Hefner’s third marriage.
