Police say they found 45 pounds of marijuana, with a street value of about $40,000, when they served a search warrant at a home in Eldridge, Iowa.

The warrant was executed May 4, 2012 at a home in the 200 block of South Sixth Street.

The investigation that followed led to the May 23, 2012 arrest of 19-year-old Samuel Frost of Eldridge.

Frost is charged with conspiracy, drug tax stamp violation and two counts of possession with intent to deliver.  The charges are all felonies.

Frost was held in the Scott County jail in lieu of $20,000 bond.
