Police say a Bettendorf man reported missing in May has been found.
Timothy Crews, 41, was last seen May 15, 2012.
Police said Crews was located in California during the week of June 4, 2012.
“Police officers checked his well-being and confirmed he was safe,” according to a spokesman for Bettendorf, Iowa Police.

Police are investigating the disappearance of a 41-year-old Bettendorf, Iowa man last seen May 15, 2012.
Timothy Crews was last seen at his home the morning of Tuesday, May 15. He was thought to be leaving for work but never arrived there. His car was found parked outside his home later that same day.
Police say Crews has not had contact with family or friends since he disappeared.
Crews is 5-feet 9-inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, brown boots and a camouflage baseball hat.
