Arrest made in Monmouth flag burning case

An arrest has been made in the case of a gay pride flag being burned in Monmouth, IL.

Duwayne Brooks' rainbow flag was burned outside his home about a month ago.

On Friday, Monmouth Police charged Kaleb Sells, 18, with criminal damage to property.

His bond was set at $5,000.
