Vote to name the eaglets at Alcoa

Voting has begun to name the three eaglets hatched at the nest at Alcoa’s Davenport Works.

Name suggestions were received for a week, and a list of 21 potential names is available online for your votes.

Name choices are Orville, Wilbur, Amelia, Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, Faith, Hope, Spirit, Uno, Due, Trey, Sky, Majesty, Dream, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Peewee, Kady and Thor.

Eaglets began hatching at the nest at Alcoa Monday, March 19, 2012.

You can vote as often as you like on the EagleCam website and on Alcoa’s Facebook page.

The three winning names will be announced Monday, April 23.
