Two Davenport, Iowa men were sentenced to prison for cocaine and marijuana trafficking that involved a Davenport business.

David Martinez, 32 and Ramiro Rosas, 28, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute cocaine and marijuana.  They were sentenced April 6, 2012.

Police said the conspiracy involved “significant drug trafficking” that packaged, stored and distributed marijuana and cocaine out of the Penny Juice Company in Davenport.

Rosas reportedly delivered large quantities of the drugs to the business, where it was repackaged and distributed to other customers.

Police said after they made a controlled buy from Martinez, they also found cash, digital scales and drug packaging materials at his home.

Martinez was sentenced to 70 months in prison to be followed by four years of supervised release.  Rosas was sentenced to 52 months in prison to be followed by two years of supervised release.
