The country music group Sugarland says it will show up to tell its side of the story of the deadly stage collapse at the 2011 Indiana State Fair.
The duo first refused to show up for depositions, saying they had nothing to do with the stage setup.
But investigators want to know if Sugarland refused to wait for severe weather to pass through the area, as some have suggested.
The band says it had nothing to do with the decision.
