Thieves reportedly strike same location twice

Thieves who allegedly took scrap metal and other items reportedly struck the same Washington, Iowa location twice in two days.

Just after 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2012, police took a report of the theft of scrap metal and miscellaneous items in the 21000 block of Danville Road.

Then the next day, police took another report at the same location for alleged theft of scrap metal and semi tires.

The exact value of the missing items was not provided.
