A judge has overruled an Oklahoma law requiring women seeking abortions to have an ultrasound.
The law required a woman who wants an abortion to see a sonogram of the fetus and have the fetus described to her in detail before the abortion.
The law was passed two years ago but hasn’t been enforced since a temporary injunction was put in place.
The judge who overturned the law called it “unconstitutional and unenforceable”.
