Marine faces court martial over Facebook posts

A Marine faces court martial after criticizing the President on Facebook and creating an "Armed Forces Tea Party" page.

He claims his First Amendment rights are being inhibited.  A department directive states that service members may "register, vote and express a personal opinion on political candidates and issues, but not as a representative of the Armed Forces."
