My specialty is developing programs concentraing on proper biomechanical movement keeping full awareness that structure = function. Other areas of interest include proper weight loss, increasing lean muscle mass and helping people create a healthy lifestyle change!

I believe that everybody has their own opinion on training, but you have to be open minded to new ideas and willing to try new things. I want to help people with learning and developing new skills and to be there to guide them and realize their potential.
Becoming fit and healthy is the most amazing feeling, but getting there can be challenging. Having someone there to help and guide you through the process is a big help. I became serious about health and fitness after I had my son five years ago. I wanted to be a role model for him. I got a trainer to help guide me and found a goal. I signed up to compete in figure competitions. I was and has been a journey. I have failed but keep on going and I have succeeded. I want to help people get back up and succeed.
My specialties are in weight loss, toning and nutritional guidance.
Seth
Seth’s certifications include NASM, AFTA and DotFit and is currently working on a degree in Physical therapy while nearing the end of his masters in Sports Health Sciences.
