Veal Sinatra

4 Oz. Lobster
1 oz. Crab
Portabella Mushrooms
Sun Dried Tomatoes
Flour Veal

Pan sear in pan for 3 minutes. until light brown.
Sauce: In a skillet, cook mushrooms, seafood (no crab), add sun dried tomatoes & basil add the cream, reduce the cream, pour over veal.
